The Charlotte MBA is the oldest and largest MBA program in the Charlotte region with more than 4,800 alumni. And more than 60% of Belk College of Business alumni live and work in the Charlotte region, in addition to thousands more around the world.

The Charlotte MBA offers one of the best debt-to-income ratios among public universities in the Carolinas, and the investment pays for itself within two years due to salary increases.
Our alumni saw an employment rate of 98% and an average salary of $94,973 for graduates in 2020-21. Salary increases have been steady at over $20K since the mid-2000s.

SACSCOC
UNC Charlotte is accredited by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Colleges (SACSCOC) to award baccalaureate, master’s and doctoral degrees. UNC Charlotte also may offer credentials such as certificates and diplomas at approved degree levels.
